LFHZ Sallanches Mont-Blanc, once a functioning airfield, has been closed for several years and is no longer present in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. However, Alpes Aventure has recreated it as a freeware add-on, allowing you to rediscover this airfield. This scenery package does more than just bring back Sallanches airfield, it also includes an altiport (LFHZ2) positioned directly opposite the airfield, as well as the DZ of the Sallanches hospital (LF5RH).
For the scenery to function correctly, you will need to install several third-party libraries, including Dave’s Crooked Library, Mikea.at AssetPack, Bush & Backcountry Library, Animated Humans Library, Totof Library Object, Windy Things, and Emerald Object Library, all linked in the add-on description on Flightsim.to.
