Rather than relying on static textures, Cli4D Designs has implemented smooth, lifelike water flow across both the Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls, accompanied by realistic spray and mist effects that help convey the thunderous energy of the real location. The add-on is particularly well-suited to VFR scenic flights along the Niagara River corridor, where the falls serve as a natural highlight of any low-altitude route through the region.
There is one important technical note that you should be aware of before flying: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 includes a default exclusion zone in the area of the Horseshoe bend, which can prevent the add-on's assets from displaying correctly out of the box.
