Cli4D Designs Releases Paro in Bhutan

Cli4D Designs has released their new add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator, bringing the breathtaking town of Paro, Bhutan, to life. Nestled in the serene Paro Valley, this charming town is an essential part of Bhutan's cultural and historical fabric. As the administrative center of Paro District, the town is home to many sacred landmarks, including ancient monasteries and temples that showcase the unique architecture of the region. Paro is also known for its natural beauty, surrounded by lush greenery and the dramatic landscapes of the Himalayas. Most notably, it serves as the location of Bhutan's only international airport, Paro International Airport, which provides a stunning and challenging approach for pilots.

The add-on includes detailed improvements to a variety of notable sites such as the Tiger’s Nest Monastery, Drukgyel Dzong, and the National Museum of Bhutan, among others. These landmarks have been given custom 3D models with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) textures. Vegetation and rock cliffs have been improved, along with road enhancements, to give the environment a natural, immersive appearance. The inclusion of a waterfall adds to the scenic beauty of the landscape.

Paro, Bhutan is now available on Flightsim.to for $14.99 excl. VAT. You might also be interested in Cli4D Designs' other landscape projects available here.
