CowanSim MSFS 222B Updated to Version 2

Cowan Simulation has updated their 222B Helicopter for Microsoft Flight Simulator to version 2.0. The Bell 222B is a renowned rotorcraft celebrated for its sleek design and versatility since its introduction in the late 1970s. With a twin-engine configuration, it offers enhanced safety and stability, making it a popular choice for executive transport, emergency medical services, and law enforcement agencies globally.

The latest update brings a host of improvements to enhance your flight experience. A comprehensive manual is now available online to address common queries. Exciting enhancements have been made to the AirWolf livery, alongside fixes and additions to hardware bindings, including throttles, idle stops, and search lights. The search light has been enhanced for better visibility, now separated as a "taxi" light from landing lights. Integration options for third-party products like the PMS GTN 650 & 750 and TDS GTNXi 650 & 750 have been added. Additionally, persistence code ensures your settings are saved between flights, while fixes to fuel consumption, the auxiliary fuel system, and cockpit shadows improve realism.

Numerous adjustments and fixes, including those to animations, textures, and modeling, further refine the simulation experience. Overall, the update delivers enhanced electrical and system functionality, improved camera views, and added features for 3D painters. The update is available now via the Flightsim.to Store.
