The Percival Mew Gull, a symbol of 1930s aviation prowess, is now available for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024 as a freeware add-on. Designed by Edgar Percival, the Mew Gull is renowned for its speed, efficiency, and historical importance, including Alex Henshaw's record-breaking 1939 England-to-South Africa round-trip flight.

The new add-on faithfully represents the Mew Gull's unique design and aerodynamic features, bringing its historic charm to life in detailed form. With custom Gipsy Six engine sounds provided with permission from Dave Garwood, the audio experience is immersive and authentic. The package also features high-resolution textures optimized for MSFS and several historical liveries, including the well-known G-AEXF, now displayed at the Shuttleworth Collection.

Developed by DSD Simulations, this freeware add-on is currently in version 0.9.
