FlightSimExpo 2025 is a three-day, action-packed show featuring developer announcements, hands-on workshops, panel discussions, and community-inspired seminars. 2025 Seminar Schedule
The event kicks off with #FSExpoFriday, a series of announcements and new product reveals starting at 1pm ET on Friday, June 27. The afternoon includes announcements and updates from Parallel 42, Altimeter Motives, Contrail, FeelThere, FliteSim.com, Fly With AI, FlyShirley, FSS, Grinnelli Designs, Honeycomb Aeronautical, iniBuilds, Meridian GMT, Navigraph, OCTAVI, SayIntentions.AI, SoFly, VA Systems, WINWING, X-Plane, and more.
During the weekend, attendees will hear from pilots, engineers, flight simmers, developers, and more across three stages in the 100,000 square foot exhibit hall. The Community Stage features seminars sourced from and voted on by the community, while the FSElite Stage and SayIntentions.AI Stage will feature updates, Q&As, and demos from developers and communities of all sizes. Addon Experiences
Before, during, and after FlightSimExpo 2025, attendees can participate in fun Addon Experiences designed to enhance the FlightSimExpo weekend experience. Options include planespotting trips, a laugh-filled bus tour of the city, X-Plane Workshops sponsored by MSI Computers, and X-Rave, a unique celebration where aviation meets electrifying beats on Friday night. Join FlightSimExpo in Providence
FlightSimExpo takes place on June 27-29, 2025 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in downtown Providence, easily accessible by plane, train, and car from around the world. Visiting Rhode Island in June offers a great chance to extend the trip, with Boston, Newport, and Cape Cod making for easy getaways before or after the show.
