The freeware Cessna T206H released by sal1800 reflects extensive use of photographic references and insights from pilots and mechanics. The mod aims to provide a realistic experience, replicating flight dynamics and cockpit details accurately. This addon includes two configurations: a standard tire variant and a tundra tire variant. The tundra tire configuration, utilizing SU15 ground handling physics, is designed for rugged terrains.
The Cessna T206H comes with two livery options per configuration. The default steam gauge model features a red stripe motif, while the upgraded avionics variant has a blue stripe design. Future updates are expected to include more livery designs and colors. The addon also offers various interactive features, such as operable doors and windows, and a functional cargo system, enhancing the flight operations experience.
Future updates will include a paint kit for custom livery designs. There is also the potential for an amphibious variant. The freeware Cessna T206H is the result of collaboration, with significant contributions from bagolu, Birk, and beta testers who helped refine the mod.
