NLWW - Hihifo Airport, Wallis and Futuna
Hihifo Airport is the primary airport serving Wallis and Futuna, an overseas territory of France located in the South Pacific. This free add-on created by CoolGunS enhances Hihifo Airport (NLWW) on Wallis Island in French Polynesia. It improves the scenery around the airport with custom ground textures, 3D models of resorts and bungalows, and over 500 hand-placed objects like palm trees and buildings. You'll also find a private residence area with a pier, helipad, and pub near the coast, accessible by following a dirt road from runway 26. The add-on includes a GSX profile for ground services compatibility, but requires the free UK2000 Scenery Library from the MSFS Marketplace to function fully. CYSU - Summerside Airport PEI
Summerside Airport, located in Prince Edward Island, Canada, is one of only two airports on the island equipped with an instrument approach procedure, allowing for safe operations during adverse weather conditions. The scenery add-on created by GPietro significantly enhances the default Summerside Airport by focusing on improving the airport's visual fidelity by correcting runway numeration, adding fuel tanks, refining parking areas, and implementing other detailed enhancements. Stunning Yosemite Animated Waterfalls
Unlike the previous two features, this add-on, Stunning Yosemite Animated Waterfalls, Trees, and Terrain by BijanStudio, doesn't focus on a specific airport. Instead, it enhances the entire Yosemite Valley area within Microsoft Flight Simulator. Yosemite National Park, located in California, is world-renowned for its awe-inspiring granite cliffs, waterfalls, and giant sequoia trees. This free add-on aims to bring that grandeur to life. LIMG - Riviera Airport, Albenga
Riviera Airport, also known as LIMG, is a charming airfield nestled on the Italian Riviera, between Savona and Imperia. This picturesque location offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, making it a popular destination for both general aviation and private pilots. The free free add-on created by Bailsoft enhances the default representation of Albenga Airport in Microsoft Flight Simulator. Currently under development, the project focuses on increasing the airport's realism by incorporating additional scenery elements like localizer antennas, VOR stations, and windsocks. FSAddon's Fieseler Storch Fi-156
This is for history buffs and virtual pilots with a penchant for unique aircraft. The Fieseler Fi 156 Storch is a historical aircraft known for its unique STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) capabilities. The conversion of this add-on created by The_Flying_Freja for Microsoft Flight Simulator offers a virtual replica of the aircraft, featuring multiple liveries and a detailed cockpit with animated controls. Originally designed as a liaison and observation aircraft during World War II, the Storch's distinctive high-wing configuration and robust landing gear allowed it to operate from unprepared fields. While this add-on provides an opportunity to experience the Storch's unique flight characteristics, you should be aware that it is a conversion from FSX and may have limitations, such as compatibility issues and potential performance impacts.
