FSA Announces 60+ Confirmed Partners for FlightSimExpo 2025

In a recent livestream with FSElite, the Flight Simulation Association (FSA) announced that more than 60 exhibitors have already confirmed their participation in FlightSimExpo 2025, set to take place from June 27–29 at the Rhode Island Convention Center. The initial list of attending partners is now available at flightsimexpo.com/partners. “We’re thrilled to welcome an international community of developers to FlightSimExpo 2025”, said event organizer Phil Coyle. “From some of flight sim’s biggest names to virtual airlines, online communities, and combat and racing sim, there is something for everyone at FlightSimExpo 2025. Best of all, there’s still plenty of time to make plans to join us!”

This year’s event includes participation from Diamond+ sponsors Navigraph, Orbx, and PMDG Simulations, along with key software exhibitors FeelThere, iniBuilds, and X-Plane. Notable hardware brands such as WINWING, Thrustmaster, Honeycomb Aeronautical, and Meridian GMT will also be in attendance. “We’re really excited to be back at FSExpo this year—it’s always a great time catching up with the community and sharing what we’ve been up to”, said Ubaid Massa, CEO of iniBuilds. “If you’re thinking about exhibiting, just go for it — it’s totally worth it, and it’s the best flight sim show we have attended.”

Additional support for the event comes from Diamond Sponsors OnAir Airline Manager, Parallel 42, Prepar3D, SimFab, and SKALARKI electronics Ltd. This year’s show will also feature a broader representation of military and combat simulation, with exhibitors such as Combat Pilot, Grinnelli Designs, and Miltech Simulations. Building on the success of last year’s debut, the 2025 show will further expand its sim racing presence with “The Track” — a dedicated area for racing sim competitions, sponsored by Advanced Flight Controls and Advanced SimRacing.

According to FSA Co-Founder Evan Reiter, “The FlightSim Community Survey shows that about 55% of flight simmers are also active in other forms of simulation. Following the initial success of introducing sim racing at last year’s show, we’re excited to expand on that with ‘The Track’, an area of our show floor where attendees can compete for prizes in a ‘intro to sim racing’ experience.”

Attendees can also look forward to exclusive product reveals from developers including Altimeter Motives, Contrail, FSS, Parallel 42, SayIntentions.AI, SoFly, and VA Systems during #FSExpoFriday on June 27. Registration for FlightSimExpo 2025 is open at flightsimexpo.com. Exhibitor registration is available through May 30, 2025. Attendees are encouraged to book discounted hotel accommodations early and take advantage of travel discounts with Delta, Southwest, and United.
