iniBuilds brings two distinct A350 variants to Microsoft Flight Simulator. The team crafted each variant with real-life performance data and pilot feedback. Their complete package has both the A350-900 and A350-1000 models for both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024.
A350-1000 Joins the Fleet
The stretched A350-1000 variant comes with its own unique features. These include specific details like different over-wing emergency exit configurations and distinct overhead panel layouts compared to the smaller variant. Both models share sophisticated systems integration.
The aircraft's advanced features include:
- Brake to Vacate functionality for optimized landing operations
- Controller-Pilot Data Link Communications via Hoppie integration
- Custom terrain radar for improved situational awareness
- GPS jamming simulation capabilities
The virtual cabin shows remarkable detail with ambient cabin lighting system and precise door animations. An authentic WWise sound package delivers exact audio reproduction, capturing the Trent XWB engine's distinctive characteristics and environmental effects almost perfectly. iniBuilds announced it will expand the A350 family with the Ultra-Long Range (ULR) variant in Q2 2025 as a free update. You can can currently access about 90 liveries for both variants through the iniManager platform. Custom Views have been uploaded to Flightsim.to.

MSFS 2024 Users Get Enhanced Features
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 pilots can access several exclusive features. Navigation gets most important upgrades through detailed chart integration. The Electronic Flight Bag works with both LIDO Terminal Charts and Navigraph. The system also makes shared SimBrief integration possible with in-sim flight plan downloads and database updates. The aircraft comes with base Navigraph data using AIRAC cycle 2303.

The iniBuilds A350 has received mixed reactions from pilots across Microsoft Flight Simulator platforms. Their experiences vary based on simulator versions and hardware setups. While iniBuilds has delivered a feature-rich and undoubtedly high-quality product, the aircraft still needs some work though. Sound levels don't feel quite right, with engines and callouts coming through too loud. Some pilots point out that takeoffs feel lighter than they should. MSFS 2020 users face performance issues because the 8K textures don't have scaling options. Right now, iniBuilds puts most effort into making the aircraft run smoothly on both simulators.
