Nuuk Airport is now available for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/24, providing a detailed representation of Greenland’s capital airport. The real-world airport has recently undergone expansion, featuring a new terminal and an extended 2,200-meter runway, which are reflected in this add-on. Developed by M'M Simulations, the scenery includes terrain elevation adjustments, updated satellite imagery, and a layout that aligns with real-world conditions. The ground markings, lighting systems, and navigation aids, including ILS, have been incorporated to match the airport's operational setup.
Additional elements include a 3D terminal with interior and exterior details, animated objects, models of vehicles and people, and an ATC tower with lighting effects. Night lighting has been customized to reflect real-world visibility conditions, and the elevation model aims to capture the surrounding landscape accurately.
