MysteryBytes Releases LDPL - Pula Airport Freeware
Community Creator MysteryBytes has recently released LDPL - Pula Airport, a stunning addition to the ever-growing library of community-created content. Pula Airport, located in the picturesque city of Pula in Croatia, has received a complete makeover in this freeware package. Originally built as a military base in 1954, the airport transformed into an international hub in 1967 with the opening of its terminal building. MysteryBytes has captured the essence of this historical location with meticulous attention to detail.
The first thing you'll notice when you install LDPL - Pula Airport is the enhanced apron area. With a total of 11 parking spots, including one additional spot not currently available at the real airport, you'll have plenty of room to park your aircraft and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. Custom buildings grace the airport. From the terminal building to support structures and hangars, every detail has been recreated.
The runway itself has been given special attention, featuring custom markings and a high-intensity runway lighting system (HIRLS). MysteryBytes hasn't stopped at the runway and buildings; they've also revamped the taxiways and ensured that every instrument procedure works flawlessly. Whether you're following the ILS, NDBs, RNAV, or VORs, you can trust that the navigation aids have been thoroughly tested to provide accurate and reliable guidance. Download the .zip file from Flightsim.to, extract its contents, and place the "mysterybytes-pulaairport" folder into your MSFS Community folder to get started today.
One important note to keep in mind is that the screenshots provided by MysteryBytes were taken with a map-replacer active. This is due to an issue with Microsoft's default Bing footage around the airport, where random tiles appear out of place.
