New! Two Freeware Helicopters for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Helicopters are very popular in Microsoft Flight Simulator. Although the sim comes without by default, the community has already developed a few. Now, a few days before Christmas, two more helicopters have been released: Native-Helicopter Sikorsky H34 and UH-1H Huey - Iroquois - both freeware, available on Flightsim.to!

UH-1H Huey - Iroquois

The Bell UH-1 Iroquois - often referred to simply as the Huey - is a light utility helicopter developed by Bell Helicopter for the United States Army. The helicopter was the first turbine-powered helicopter in the U.S. Armed Forces. Originally designed as a helicopter to evacuate wounded personnel, it was modified for other missions during its long service. The helicopter flew its first mission in the Vietnam War. Native-Helicopter Sikorsky H34

The Sikorsky H-34 is a piston-engined military helicopter originally designed by American aircraft manufacturer Sikorsky as an anti-submarine warfare aircraft for the United States Navy. It has seen extended use when adapted to turbine power by the British licensee as the Westland Wessex and Sikorsky as the later S-58T. Download here.
