Beverley Airfield, also known as Linley Hill Airfield (EGNY), is nestled in the picturesque Yorkshire countryside in England. This airfield serves as the home base for the Hull Aero Club and holds a special place in the heart of its creator, ChrisJSetterington, who hails from Hull. Now, thousands of kilometers away, he has crafted a detailed add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator to honor and bring justice to this beloved airfield.

The updated add-on includes:
- Ten hand-crafted assets, featuring key structures such as the control building and hangars.
- Functional ATC for take-off and landing permissions
- A refueling ramp and comprehensive ground services
- Twelve parking ramps, with fuel available at ramp 5 and covered parking at ramp 8.
This latest version seamlessly integrates with other scenery add-ons by the same creator, including EGNJ Humberside Airport, Grimsby Dock Tower, and Spurn Point Landmarks, providing an enriched flight simulation experience in the region. The optimized release also brings a host of improvements, as detailed in the recent changelog for version 2.0.0:
- All buildings have been re-modeled and updated.
- Unnecessary ground vehicles have been removed.
- A Hull Aero Club flag has been added to the airfield.
- New perimeter hedgerows and obstacle markers enhance the airfield's aesthetics and realism.
- Runway markings have been repositioned, and custom taxi signs have been added for accuracy.
- Excessive auto-generated trees have been cleared, and pylons on the RW12 approach have been included.
- Taxiway designations and ground textures have been corrected for a more authentic experience.

ChrisJSetterington's dedication to this project is evident in the level of detail and care put into each update. The update of this airfield is now available for free on Flightsim.to.
