Roland Garros Airport Freeware Released for FS2024

A new freeware add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 brings a detailed and accurate recreation of Roland Garros Airport (ICAO: FMEE), located on the island of Réunion in the Indian Ocean. Developed by ftsxfreelw, this native version for MSFS 2024 offers an improved experience for this key regional hub, reflecting the real-world layout and intricate details of the airport.

The developer has rebuilt runways 14-32 and 12-30 from scratch, as well as accurate elevation profiles for runways and parking areas. This work is based on official data provided by SIA (Service de l'Information Aéronautique) and the CCIR (Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de La Réunion), ensuring that the airport matches its real-world counterpart as closely as possible. High-resolution photo imagery with a 20cm precision has been applied across the airport grounds, complementing conforming ground markings and taxiway lines for added realism.

You will need to download additional library dependencies to take full advantage of this scenery. This add-on is available exclusively for free distribution. If you enjoy this freeware enhancement, consider supporting the developer’s efforts by leaving a positive review or a donation. You can download it now from Flightsim.to here.
