Dundee Airport (EGPN) is one of Scotland's lesser-known regional airports, yet it occupies a striking and distinctive setting on the southern edge of Dundee city, perched along the northern banks of the Firth of Tay. Its single runway, measuring 1,400 metres in length, runs roughly parallel to the river estuary, giving arrivals and departures a memorable backdrop of water, bridges, and the rolling Tayside countryside. Now, the team at Scotflight — well known in the flight simulation community for their earlier work producing scenery packages for FSX and P3D — have brought their experience and local knowledge to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 with the release of their first version of ➡️ EGPN Dundee Airport.

The package delivers a highly detailed recreation of the airport and its immediate surroundings, featuring a range of custom-made models built specifically for this release. The terminal building, ground infrastructure, and surrounding environment have been crafted to reflect the real-world airport's layout and character. The team has been transparent about the current state of the add-on, noting that some night textures are not yet displaying as intended and that this area remains a work in progress.

This is version 1 of the scenery, and further updates can be expected as development continues. The package is available as freeware on Flightsim.to, You can download ➡️ EGPN Dundee Airport for MSFS 2024.
