Sim Update 12 for Microsoft Flight Simulator now available
Microsoft has just released a new update that brings a plethora of features and fixes. The Sim Update 12 is now available, and it includes a highly anticipated feature - WASM support for Xbox. The update will automatically download and install on your next startup of Microsoft Flight Simulator. If you encounter any issues, be aware thatoutdated packages in your community folder may have an unexpected impact on the title's performance and behavior. It is therefore recommended to move the contents of your Community folder temporarily to another folder to troubleshoot the issues.
The new WASM feature is expected to simplify the process of adding new features to the simulator for developers. For example, aircraft instruments can now function correctly using WASM. Previously, the lack of this feature was a hindrance to several developers who wanted to bring their add-ons to the Xbox market.
