In 2023, the flight simulation community witnessed an impressive surge in engagement on Flightsim.to, with nearly 18,000 mods uploaded to the platform alone this year by now. Even more striking is the sheer volume of downloads these mods have garnered – surpassing 5 million.

How to Nominate

To nominate your favorite mods and addons for the Flightsim.to Awards 2023, simply visit the Flightsim.to Awards nomination page. Here, you can browse through various categories such as Best Aircraft Modification, Most Realistic Livery, and more. Each category is dedicated to a specific aspect of flight simulation, allowing you to choose the mods that have significantly enhanced your experience. Each user has one vote in each category, and you can change your nominations as often as you like within the deadline. Remember, your nominations play a crucial role in recognizing and celebrating the contributions of the modding community, so make sure to participate before the deadline! However, please mind the rules:

• Each user - registered before November 15, 2023 - gets one vote per category. You can change your vote as often as you like until the nomination deadline.
• You can nominate any mod or addon released since January 1, 2023, with more than 1,000 downloads​. Other add-ons are excluded.
• You have until December 10, 23:59 UTC to nominate. Following the nominations, the mods with the most nominations - five in each category - will go through to the final round of voting, which will be announced and is expected to take place towards the end of the year.
• After the final voting, winners will be announced towards the new year.
